Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you need to clean up your mess quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the way to go. The best robot vacs and mops in my tests come with top-quality mapping and navigation as well as the ability to remove Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.
They're also easy to use using an application that lets you plan cleaning tasks and check on how they're up to.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum combination. It is equipped with the latest features. This top-of-the-line model is swift and agile it can remove debris such as pet hair and human hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It has a sleek app interface with an interactive map of your home as well as buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
The S8's Dirt-Detection Technology allows it to adjust the cleaning mode based on dirt levels. It will wash its mopping pads more often when it encounters dust. Carpeted areas are given the first priority when mopping with a damp mopping pad.
It's got a host of other features that are smart also, including an alternative dock that connects to your plumbing to clean and wash the mop roller without needing you to manually refill it. With the built-in voice assistant on the S8, you can use voice commands to specify rooms cleaning options and granular control using only your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for an automated robot vacuum that is hands-free with mopping capabilities. It's among the many combination robot vacuums that have mopping features that are also available at a lower cost than competitors.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves setting up an account on the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once you've completed that, the robot will begin vacuuming and mopping easily.
It's important to note that the mapping process takes a while, and it may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. The object detection feature is hit-and-miss. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles, however, it got stuck on a rug with tassels, and had to flip over to get it out of the way. But these are minor flaws, and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who need an all-in-one solution for cleaning.
3. best automatic vacuum Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbing. This means that floors are cleaned and not just swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an innovative tool that can get to places robot vacuums can't.
The model is basically identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa as well as a few other smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can be used to learn your home's environment and provide the ability to avoid obstacles in a dynamic manner. And the smart app lets you modify the settings of your choice such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging station after each task to clean their pads, empty their dust bins and then place the debris in bags that self-seal. This helps keep the system tidy and stops allergens from circulating. Its battery life is sufficient to clean large areas without requiring the battery to be charged mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the expensive robot vacuum and mop models, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for hard floors and carpets and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also boasts a unique mopping system, which utilizes a continuous roller dosed with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It stayed clear of the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without falling. It had trouble with small particles and did not always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, and it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than some.
As with most robotic vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you refill its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in regular schedules. Eufy's application lets you manage all the functions. It gives clear information and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best mowers and vacuums available that are available. It offers impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor is able to recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with good precision. The app allows users to fine-tune coverage of the map, define no-go zones, and customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is specifically designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This can be an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system incorporates intelligent carpet detectors, which lift these pads up when they are near soft surfaces to avoid contamination.
The docking station acts as an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station comes with an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, allowing seven weeks of maintenance-free operation.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8 and this robot does an excellent job of keeping my home office tidy and is able to tackle the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to create a map of your space and knows which areas to avoid. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop), unlike many vacuums.
Other great features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also alter the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.
Like the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. And, if you want to save time, it can skip cleaning rooms that aren't filthy. If you have a wide range of flooring in your home and don't want to spend more money on a Roborock with advanced mapping capabilities it is a great choice.
7. best robot hoover is an excellent choice if you are seeking a flexible robot that can handle regular maintenance on a daily basis and touch-ups for wet messes. It has a wide range of features, including self-emptying dustbins, an additional water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It's extremely quiet and can maneuver around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's not able to remove tangled rug tassels, and its battery drains quicker than other models we tested in our tests.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that offers an impressive suction and easy automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming, but overall it did well. It also offers a variety of cleaning modes to suit your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' option for debris that is light to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for carpeted rooms. It also has the capability to remove and reconnect its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for those who live in cramped spaces. It is very quick and quiet and it is able to navigate tight spaces with ease. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than its rivals however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has good suction power and can be set to take pictures of every object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as 'not located' so that they are not taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure, and aren't tied to your account.
It is capable of vaccuming, however it isn't as good at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes you clip to the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
